Our personal training is built on the proven science of the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the functional, high-intensity approach of CrossFit. This blend gives men a structured, progressive, and scalable system designed to build strength, mobility, conditioning, and long-term physical resilience. This isn’t about chasing arbitrary numbers or impressing anyone—it’s about becoming physically capable, confident, and durable in your everyday life. Whether you’re new to training or returning after years away, we meet you where you are and help you build a body that supports the life you want to live.
We offer personal training at 12th State Crossfit. If that location is not convenient for you, we can customize training plans for your home gym.
