Why We Integrate All Five
Human wellbeing is multidimensional. Strengthening one area while neglecting others leaves men imbalanced, reactive, or disconnected. Our integrated model brings together mental, physical, nutritional, relational, and spiritual disciplines because each system influences the others—shaping stress response, identity, motivation, and long-term health. By aligning all five, men gain a clearer mind, a stronger body, deeper relationships, and a more grounded sense of purpose.
Even more, seeking to find disconnected specialists offering focus in each area is time consuming and expensive. Our approach combines all 5 in a holistic and affordable model.

Start Here - The 5 Points Onboarding Assessment
Our onboarding assessment gives each man a 360-degree understanding of where he is today across all five pillars of wellness. Through a thoughtful combination of mental-health evaluation rooted in depth psychology, biometric testing (including bloodwork collected and interpreted by our PA), nutritional and lifestyle review, relational wellness assessment, and an exploration of spiritual grounding, we create a complete picture without ever overwhelming you. This process is scientific but accessible, designed to help you understand your strengths, identify gaps, and see the connections between different areas of your life. With this foundation in place, we build a custom, actionable plan tailored to your specific goals—so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and a roadmap built uniquely for you. You receive a complete report based on who you are, where you are currently and a road map showing you the path to.
Our Five Disciplines

Mental Health
We use Jungian depth psychology to uncover unconscious patterns, expand self-awareness, and help men develop clarity, purpose, and meaning in their lives.

Personal Training
Our training methodology combines National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) principles with CrossFit’s functional fitness model to improve strength, mobility, metabolic health, and long-term physical resilience.

Nutritional Coaching
Grounded in evidence-based sports nutrition and NASM’s behavioral frameworks, our approach helps men optimize energy, regulate metabolism, and build sustainable, high-performance nutritional habits.

Relational Health
We apply the Gottman Method—one of the most researched relational frameworks—to help couples deepen emotional connection, improve communication, and increase long-term relational vitality, as well as our proprietary 5 Points Friendship model to help men engage in meaningful friendships and community.

Spiritual Formation
We guide men through meaning-making practices informed by contemplative spirituality, depth psychology, and neuroscience to cultivate inner grounding and a coherent sense of self.

My Why
“I started 5 Points Wellness because I lived the unraveling myself. In a season marked by loss, burnout, and disorientation, a few close friends threw me five lifelines—mental, physical, nutritional, relational, and spiritual support—that helped me reclaim clarity, strength, and purpose. Their presence changed my life, and I realized most men don’t have access to that kind of integrated care or community. 5 Points was born from that conviction: to offer men the guidance, tools, and relationships they need to become whole, grounded, and fully alive.”

The Meaning Behind
Our icon is built around the oak leaf, a symbol of slow, steady, and enduring growth. Like an oak tree—strong, rooted, and life-giving—our work invites men into a process that develops depth and resilience over time. Oaks stand in contrast to pine trees, which grow quickly, live briefly, and often choke out whatever is different from them. We believe real masculinity is formed like the oak: patient, grounded, and generous to the world around it.
Each of the five points radiating from the center represents the equal importance of our method—mental, physical, nutritional, relational, and spiritual wellness, all working together to form an integrated life. At the heart of the icon is a large circle, symbolizing the deep inner work required to grow, mature, and become the man you’re meant to be. It is a reminder that transformation begins from within, moves outward, and strengthens everything it touches.
